Recently, to accelerate the large-scale deployment of IPv6 and the implementation of its secure applications, as well as to enhance the professional competence of technical personnel in the industry, an online technical training session on IPv6 and RPKI Technologies was jointly hosted by the China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) and the Asia-Pacific Network Information Centre (APNIC), and organized by the Internet Resources Working Committee of  Internet Society of China (ISC). A total of 240 representatives from 65 enterprises and public institutions across multiple sectors including basic telecom operators, internet, government affairs, energy and finance gathered online to participate in this technical empowerment activity.

The training featured a focused session on the Resource Public Key Infrastructure (RPKI) technology in particular. It elaborated on the technical principles and workflow of RPKI, and provided hands-on guidance for IP address users on how to create Route Origin Authorizations (ROA). This has effectively addressed the practical difficulties encountered by some users in the application of RPKI technology.
