The 2022 Governance Training Course on Spam Message and Telecom Network Fraud, jointly held by Internet Society of China(ISC) and the China Association of Communication on  December 29-30, 2022. In order to improve the comprehensive treatment of spam message and prevent and combat telecom network fraud, this training was held online due to the epidemic, it will interpret relevant policy documents, respond to the reasonable demands of participants, and jointly promote the healthy, stable and high-quality development of the communication industry. The courses was rich in content, and nearly 200 participants participated in the training.

Mr. He Guili, Vice President and Deputy Secretary-General of ISC, pointed out that the industry should jointly strengthen the implementation of preventive governance responsibilities, strengthen the construction of internal management mechanisms and innovative technology support capabilities, adhere to data integration, data-driven and data sharing, accelerate the establishment of long-term mechanisms, and further consolidate governance effectiveness. We have the confidence and determination to resolutely curb the illegal and bad behavior of the Internet.
