As an annual internal meeting， 2008 ISC Working Meeting was held in Shenyang， Liaoning Province on June 12th， 2008. The Chairperson Madam HU Qiheng， Standing Vice Chairman Mr. GAO Xinmin， Secretary General Mr. HUANG Chengqing， and other Board members from ISC Working Committees and provincial Internet Societies were present at the Meeting.

Secretary General Mr. HUANG gave a 2007 ISC working report on what had done and achieved last year and introduced working plan of this year.

The Meeting stressed on following works organized/to be organized in 2008:

A. Put forward construction of Internet civilized behavior， and continues to the program of recommending “Green Internet Culture Products”， encourages the real name system using in website， BBS and blog， actively organizes credit-valuated program among Internet companies.

B. Continues to enhance the Internet self-discipline， planning to set up an Internet Ethic Committee to offer guide for netizens’behavior online; continues to accept public reports on online illegal or unhealthy information in a long term， actively fights for porn websites and establishes an interceding system for Internet copyrights issues.

C. Actively organizes various forums or meetings to facilitate the industrial exchange and communication， calling for concern on development of Internet Charity affairs.
